Guys, he isn't saying the length of hair is proportional to strength, he is just saying that characters with long hair tend to be stronger. Obviously there are exceptions. What is the cut off point though, we all have different ideas of long or short hair so what level does it get to long or short, is it shoulder length or not?

Same with native americans, except no beard. Same with samurai. Long hair has often been a sign of power in warrior society
