I'm guessing I can make Medical Pills as CJ's? Also if I make a Poison the only way for me to utilize it is to have Poison Release right?

Yeah, you can make a medicine, supplementary or poison; in either pill or liquid form. You can use your custom poison, but you'd only be able to use it to the extent of coating your weapon with it.
