I'm just saying, the Juubi's been hyped for a while and what did some expect? A Kiri headband, and the Juubi to jump over bricks and hurl kunai?

It's supposed to be Op, it is the ten tails afterall the primordial monster of ancient times, but if Shikamaru and his dad had proven time and again it's that brains beat brawns most of the time.

Idk what Shikaku's plan was, but I don't see how the shinobi alliance is going to pull it off, unless they find the strength within to become stronger like most situations, or like madara said "It's getting harder to control the juubi" maybe the juubi will get loose, but idk, so many things could still happen.
