FAVORITISM. Favoritism towards old western diets. I HATE when people bring in biased information just to push their own agenda, that's such a hyper controlling attitude. God that ticks me, especially when they KNOW what they're doing and just trying to prove a point to you just because THEY feel insecure about something.So much favoritism.
And lmao, I rather be depressed than eat the body parts of an animal that was once breathing. I'd rather not.

The extremities they go through just to cut up meat and package them. And people out there f*ck and ejaculate in animals too...I'd never trust it.Living, breathing, f*cking animals.
When they run out of cows, chickens, goats, etc...they'll go to rats, birds, etc...when that ain't working, they go to the next level. That's what a meat eater is.
And I don't identify as vegetarian or vegan. Nor do I worship or care about animals, but I have RESPECT for them, just as I don't care for people, but have RESPECT for them.
it's actually "common knowledge" that vegans have a very hard time hitting all the various vitamins needed to be healthy because they refuse to eat meat. (granted meat eaters also have problems because they consume to much meat or don't eat enough vegies)
on average vegans have an elevated risk of depression.
But here is the thing there are also other factors that increased the risk of depression, for example: people above the average IQ have an increase risk of getting depressions in their life (there is direct and provable connection with people of a higher than average intellect and depression)
People of higher intellect tend to be a little more self absorbed.
I think people who are super uptight about their INTAKE or super careless...are the one's who struggle with deficiencies.Simple as that.
Still not an excuse to eat meat. Super unnecessary.
