.... Chris Rock is funny but his comments cover the entire welfare society not just black people. It seems to me that America have a majority of black people in impoverished areas I find that disturbing.

I understand the joke and the attention to the welfare society, what I don't understand is why it only highlights black people, not Chris Rock, but the rest of this I find to be pretty racist.
