First its Obito as the main Problem , then he got defeated and replaced by Madara then Madara got defeated and replaced by Kaguya then she got defeated and replaced by Sasuke .

Once Madara was revived, I knew he would be the final villain. The whole Kaguya switch surprised me and I think that is where the Manga messed up. However, they whole War Arc was trash, so I didn't really care.
