You have got to be kidding me. I looked at this pic and thought that this funeral was for Rin and Obito. Forget the MS, I still don't know why you deny Kakashi the victory.

He can still copy jutsus. All nature variants, this includes shurikenninjutsu, the Uchiha Clan's speciality and don't forget he had Raikiri which can cut through a lightning bolt. What feats has Fugaku even displayed besides a Fireball jutsu. Itachi asked his dad to train with him assuming that he is a good shinobi, but this is all baseless hype.

Ok, ok, I'm convinced. I suppose if pre-Sharingan Kakashi could give Minato a decent training session, then a Kakashi with a fresh Sharingan could defeat Fugaku, high-diff at least.

Kakashi grew up to be a better Sharingan-user than most of the Uchiha ever were. Good thing Fugaku (and plot) decided to spare Kakashi out of respect for Obito's wishes.

Bonus: And lol@ Sasuke for bashing Kakashi, the man who taught him Chidori, his most used jutsu) for being a non-Uchiha who possesses the Sharingan.

Ahah you're right, Uchihas were pityful. As a kid Kakashi was more talented than any Uchiha child except for Itachi and Madara, and even without being an Uchiha he immediately could use the Sharingan perfectly to complete his own techique, the Chidori.

He became famous and respected all over the world for his usage of the Sharingan, gaining respect with his might in battles and missions with the name of the Copy Ninja.

Even in Part 1, he mastered the Sharingan better than most Uchiha did. Itachi's world.

He unlocked and haxxed and powerful technique with his Mangekyo Sharingan, the Kamui from Obito's left eye. A technique he had the skill and the potential to master at the best possible level, even if he wasn't an Uchiha.

You could say it was just a temporary state, but that doesn't change that at his peak power Kakashi could hold his own against Kaguya (the strongest character in the manga), countering her, defending from her, attacking and wounding her with his own power.

Also, with the exception of Fugaku, kid Kakashi would have spanked any Uchiha clan member who would have tried to kill him to retrieve Obito's Sharingan. Luckily for them, they didn't even try. And kid Sharingan Kakashi vs Fugaku would have been a close fight probably. While ANBU Kakashi would have trashed Fugaku with relative ease.
