I dont think it necessary for Bolt, he will awake it after learning SM, Kyubi chakura and more importantly he was born with mix of Hagoromo and Hamura chakura, he will get the best stock from both brothers because he is son of Otsutsuki Byakugan princess mother and world strongest kage father.
