The ripples you are referring to are just shading lines. But he obviously has it, his hairstyle alone implies that.

We saw a hint of it in the last panel of chapter 5.

Obviously he still has it. Naruto still has RSM too. It makes no sense for either of them to lose their powers at all. Nor one of them. You think Kishi would be dumb enough to let one of them keep their Rikudou powers and take away one from the other? Obviously not.

I really think naruto lost RSM. And I mean the chakra of all the other bijuus + TSB. He probably still has rikudou senjutsu( why his sage mode is so refined). But there is really no way to prove it. He has to be in battle with a truly powerful character to prove he lost it. For instance if kaguya's nemesis is revealed and naruto does not go RSM, then it is confirmed, even naruto fan boys would have to agree.

Well considering naruto got the second half of the kyuubi, he would have been one up on sasuke. Maybe this is kishi's way of somewhat balancing the scale.

The other half of Kurama doesn't balance out losing Hagoromo's Yang at all. And regardless, Kishi never said they were meant to be equal. Getting Full Kurama was just within Naruto's potential. So even if Naruto is more powerful because of Full Kurama w/ RSM, that doesn't somehow validate the thought that he lost RSM to compensate.

If you really think about it. What rikudou power-up that Sasuke got after sealing kaguya away? All he got is his rinnegan/ems, which are the eyes of God. Naruto got a new level of sage mode, the ability to gather far more nature energy than before. Let not forget his chakra mode that was already strong on it own. He got that merging with his sage mode now.

So I think Naruto lost his RSM for now. But he can get it back when all of the other 8 tailed beasts decide to lend him power.

Those abilities you put forth for Naruto is due to RSM. They're basic components of using Senjutsu. Sasuke got his Rin'negan and Naruto got RSM. He doesn't need to ask for the Bijuu's to lend him power. Hagoromo confirmed in 692 that's essentially the Jinchuriki of all the Bijuu and he's their meeting place whenever they want to talk. Their chakra is always with him.

That's pretty much what i said. It's like saying i think someone is guilty. but until there's proof he is innocent. So for now, in the absence of definite proof, naruto still has it. Even though I don't believe so.
