Agreed with the chakra transfer.. Although Kakashi being able to activate PS right after receiving both MS doesn't make much sense [It would've made better sense if Obito awakened it during his lifetime]

Well if you believe that Obito took some Juubi's chakra in himself, or preserved it unwordly abiltities even after loosing status of Jinchurki then yes I agree.

If not, then it is asspull from Kishi, so it depeneds if you are right
