Since people like to bring up Kabuto vs Itachi(w Sasuke) i'd like to point out a couple things.
Itachi situation:
Itachi wasn't allowed to kill him
Itachi wasn't allowed to severely harm him
Base Genjutsu wouldn't work on him
Base ninjutsu wouldn't work on him
MS Techs were restricted against him
Itachi had to protect Sasuke
He had to control him without his entire arsenal
Opponent was SM user
Itachi's options?
Sword,Kunai,Kicks,Punches
Kabuto Situation:
Total Environment control
Entire arsenal is anti-Sharingan/MS
Entire ability pool is based around survival
Can control an EDO
Can revive himself constantly
Insane abilities
His opponent couldn't kill him
Couldn't use Jutsu against him
Immune to genjutsu
Very powerful genjutsu
very powerful ninjutsu
Expert in capturing.
Kabuto options?
Edo was restricted but his entire arsenal was usable.
YET! With all this against him. Itachi still won. Not only did he win he was fodderized by the Solo King.
If you placed these conditions in a VS thread of any 2 characters against each other I guarantee you the person who doesn't have an arsenal will lose vs the person with all the advantages however Solo King broke the manga. As he always does. Give the King his respect.
