I used to be on this website called "Comicvine" and my favorite character was Batman (I know just about everything DC related.)

On the site, Batman is obviously the most d*ck-rided character. He has his fanboys, the trolls, the die-hard "I'm not a fanboy" fanboys, just like...

Itachi!

It's almost uncanny how these two characters are treated on their respective sites. Essentially, everything that's said about Itachi here can be applied to Batman elsewhere.

To many, Batman is the "solo king" just like Itachi.

It was kind of funny when I transitioned to this site, and I saw how people treated Itachi exactly the same way.

Also another fun fact, my username was "ImTheDamnBatman" because I was unaware of how people would jump on that and call me a fanboy... And I ironically made the same mistake on this site *ahem*.

First and second were canon, the third was from All-Star Batman.

Granted they were older, but they happened regardless. Batman has no qualms killing people if it absolutelt has to happen.

He just recently was prepared to nuke an entire city of hundreds of thousand of civilians (metropolis) to save the world in Superman/Batman. If it has to be done, he'll do it.

That explains it, All-Star batman is awful. I forgot Frank Miller lost his damn mind after Dark knight Returns. Comicbook mythos is never consistent due to all the writers sticking their hands in every character. The usual Batman "character" tries not to cross that line. But yes I agree, Batman is one of my favorite DC heroes but he's wanked to hell. Especially with the amount of idiots who think he can beat Superman.

I didn't even like Dark Knight Returns to be honest. Dark Knight Strikes Again was just a sh*t fest of awfulness. On that note too, Batman is arguably the most popular character in comics currently, so every writer wants to get their two cents in on him. It's ridiculous.

But yes. He tries his best not to kill, but if the situation absolutely calls for it to save others in immediate danger, he will.
