because in conluision Naruto and saskues battle has to happen

Yeah I thought about that too. It's possible that if they end Edo Tensei Itachi will wither and die.

It's possible though that they could restrain Kabuto to a point that he can't do anything. If Kabuto runs out of chakra then it wouldn't be too hard to keep him there vs an almost infinite chakra-having Itachi.
