Zanda gathers a fair amount of lightning into his right hand to the point where you can see the electric currents emitting from his hand. He then lifts his hand and points it towards the sky before releasing the gathered lightning chakra. The lightning chakra enters into a storm cloud also giving Zanda an energy connection to it. In response Zanda brings his hand down directed at a earth pillar, which also brings down a lightning strike, that tears the earth apart.

Clone 1 and Clone 2 then gather chakra and they both simultaneously release two lightning hounds that are attached to them by a lightning bolt. The lightning dogs carve through some of the earth pillars in front of me. I then release the clones and they revert back into pure lightning.

I take the blade from my Sempai. I then gather up my lightning chakra and then channel it into my new acquired sword. The sword starts to emit a small lightning current around its edge, increasing its vibration frequency which also increases its cutting power. I then diagonally cut a few pillars in front of me with great ease and little resistance.

I perform the Ram hand seal before gathering a good amount of my lightning chakra. I then raise my right hand and release the lightning chakra as a strong electrical discharge into the sky, which I then manipulate with my hand lowering it, which also brings down a strong lightning bolt that attacks multiple earth pillars that are close to each other. The earth pillar where reduced to mere rumble on impact with the strong lightning.

After sending discharge to the sky, does the lightning current stop, and then allow you to bring down a lightning bolt?

Doing so, you should create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in your palm. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name. This technique produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
