Taijutsu is the most important part of a ninja's arsenal (imo). If one cannot defend himself or attack in close range, then they are useless. Basic taijutsu does not require chakra, which is very beneficial in longer battles. Other branches of tai : Gentle fist, akimichi or aburame clan taijutsu can sometimes require chakra in order to perform the tai. Tai is crucial for up close combat due to the speed at which it can be executed. Tai can be further enhanced with stuff like sage mode and EIG

Strong Fist is as you said, the main fighting choice of Lee and Guy. It is the opposite of Gentle Fist as Gentle fist focuses on singular chakra points utilizing the byakugan. Instead, Strong fist focuses on blunt trauma, the smashing of the opponents body and using power to the users advantage.

Yes, that is what I wanted in a nutshell, though the last part didn't really say much, but it'll do lol. I will say before we continue though that the most crucial element involved in taijutsu is description. It is ideal to be as detailed as you can when you use taijutsu to minimize confusion. Also, there are two forms of taijutsu to learn: Jutsu form and free form. While the first is more commonly seen and learned, the second one can only really be learned through continues usage, bettering yourself over time. I'll try to help you get better in each of these as we train. That being said, let's get to it. ^_^

I start running at your clone by pushing off the ground with my left foot and bringing my right knee forward for momentum and power. I continue alternating these motions between legs to reach maximum speed and hold my arms behind my back (the stupid way the ninjas run in naruto). When in striking distance, I bring my right arm back and **** it at the elbow while balling my fist and hold my left arm straight for balance. I drive forward with the whole right side of my body to deliver a blow with my right fist straight in between your pectoral muscles.
