As sad as it is, Naruto part 3 will never happen. Kishi will have to make the villians strong enough to blow up planets and nobody wants to see that come out of the Naruto series. Naruto or Sasuke can destroy any villian that would come out that is lower than Juubi Jin Madz. Sorry but don't get your hopes up, it would be worse than the war arc if Kishi made part 3.

Nah it will be something involving space or some other broken ability. I don't see any planets being destroyed that is low and weak.
