Logically Naruto should be far faster than Sasuke in foot speed

All of Naruto's modes increase his physical attributes and Sasuke mainly uses his dojutsu which doesn't increase his physical attributes. Now I understand that Sasuke was always a speedster and was always naturally faster than Naruto but it still doesn't make sense with all the multipliers Naruto has.

Now some people may say that Sasuke is using rikudou chakra to enhance his but even if he is he shouldn't be equal to RSM Naruto in foot speed for the reasons I said above.

I just don't get it. Is it Sasuke's greatness ? Or is it plot ? I need someone to explain this to me.

Sasuke trained for 15 years, Naruto didn't. That's the only explanation besides plot.

I would agree with you if he used a lightning cloak like Ay but there's no way of proving his lightning is enhancing speed.

In terms of foot speed before their power ups Sasuke was much faster than any form of Naruto besides KCM/BM and BSM, who are in turn much faster than him.

I guess you're right about the 15 years of training thing. Sasuke must've been training his ass off.

It's not Sasuke keeping up with Naruto. It's Naruto keeping up with Sasuke. Sasuke has always been seen as fast since part 1 and that only improved with training, sharingan, lightning jutsu & rikudo chakra. Naruto was a relatively average speed ninja up until KCM and then RSM. His body perks come in life force and brute strength, not really speed.

His speed was ridiculous after KCM and BM/BSM though. KCM Naruto dodged Ay at his full speed and BM Naruto deflected 5 bijuu damas and yes I know both feats were shunshin.

Never was equally as fast.. but he did get some good blitz moments yet still not the speedster you'd think he'd be.. hell m'Lord Crow outsped KCM & Madz wasn't pushed back til after bijuu snag

Since p1 Sasuke has had to keep his speed up to match his ocular prowess.. naruto just asks the homie & does wat he's allowed to.

He doesn't need a lightning cloak thanks to the strength of his chakra, he can still make himself faster with a cloak if he wanted to. His chakra is the strongest and his lightning affinity is the strongest hence why he has the fastest shunshin.

In movie they were simply running and KCM minato and kakashi have almost same running speed but minato has so much better shunshin that he travelled a lot of distance before kakashi could swing his arm. I understand what you're saying about shunshin that's why I didn't bring up any of Naruto's shunshin feats that blow Sasuke's out of the water. All I'm saying is his regular foot/running speed should be faster with all the modes that increase all his physical attributes. I think kg is pretty much right though about the training thing.

oh okay then that can be attributed to anything. And naruto's modes don't seem to have improved his running speed at all anyways. Since every shinobi he came across had no trouble dealing with his normal speed, namely being itachi, nagato, bee (running alongside), Ay even Tsunade. So if his modes didn't improve his running speed then sasuke simply never needed to do anything to keep up with him. Sasuke is also fast due to shunshin not running speed. In running taka were keeping up with him if memory serves me right. He and itachi were going at same speed in forest and many other examples. So simple running speed of naruto is nothing special.

Naruto has more foot speed, he escaped the raikage Ay's lariat punch at full speed in just KCM. But sasuke has ameno, without ameno i'd say naruto is faster
