Naruto recently(Manga time) Got chakra from 6 of the bijuu, And obito has chunks of the other 2, along with yin kurama.
Obito has sealed Yin Kurama in Naruto, presumably with the chakra from Shukaku and Gyuki.
This would mean that naruto now has chakra from all the tailed beasts, Giving him X Power-up.

Or does it?

Naruto was also hit with the Gedo Mazo's Chakra Chains. If their one thing they do well, it's Absorb Bijuu Chakra. It would have seen the chakra from the 2-7 tails in him and extracted it to seal into the Mazo.

Logically, he doesn't have the bijuu chakra anymore.

Of course, Logic doesn't matter, Kishi is writing the manga.

Of course logic doesnt exist when a person makes up their own logic, instead of the one by the author.

Gedo chains have NEVER, I repeat NEVER absorbed bijuu chakra. NEVER. They have bound the chakra. They have pulled the chakra into the gedo. But never just sucked it out. They are amazing at one thing. Binding bijuus chakra.(which is why they are CHAINS)

Secondly, the Gedo chains DID NOT strike naruto. They struck kurama when naruto was in bijuu mode. All the chains did was yank kurama away. As kurama was not connected to the bijuus chakra, they were not extracted.(if they were still connected like they were when naruto used it to extract the bijuus from obito, then yes the bijuus chakra wouldve been extracted)

Thirdly. The gedo chains are not a automatic thing. They are controlled by madara. So even if he could extract the bijuus chakra by the gedo chains that way(which I dont think he could, without wrapping naruto himself), he would have to do so consciously.

Lastly. If the gedo did the slow method of extraction(soul dragon or whatever), then it would probably fully extract all the bijuus chakra. This method is a more precise method of extraction. It isnt as rough as the chains.(The reason the gedo didnt use chains instead, is quite probably, because the chains cant work through a jins seal. When a jin goes bm, then they are mostly releasing their seal. As such it just takes a yank to fully pull out the bijuu.

So simply. There has been ZERO ACTUAL evidence to show that it is actually illogical for naruto to still have the bijuus chakra anymore.

What you are saying is along the lines of this example. Guy could beat pain.(without 8th gate)
Is it potentially plausible? Certainly. Has there been anything in the manga to suggest this? Not really. But as it never happened, it is just pure speculation. With no manga evidence to truly back it up.

Just because kishis logic doesnt fit what your logic for naruto is, does not mean he doesnt have logic.

For the most part, all of kishis manga fits his logic.(with a few exceptions, like sasuke escapeing deidara, madara useing eyeless susanoo etc)

no, the gedo seems to lock on to specific chakra when it is absorbing. naruto was only using the chakra of the kyuubi and thus the chains only had a hold of that power, and thus only extracted that. even when they did the tug-o-war on obito that had to specifically attach to the individual bijuu in order to extract it.

Kishi empathized giving bit importance to name of tailed beasts taught to Naruto by tailed beasts ;)

In other words, this chakra is not easily accesible but it requires knowledge of tailed beast's name to access tailed beasts's chakra given to Naruto as present.

Until someone other then Naruto doesn't know name of specific tailed beast Naruto won't be in any danger of loosing this chakra.
