No. Some overpowered devil fruits are nerfed. Kizaru for example can't go at the speed of light without going into his mode which takes time, which would make him a defenceless little girl if he were to do that against strong people at his level.

he can't just move at the speed of light, he can travel at the speed but he needs to charge up first and pick a path and taht can be stopped as seen with Rayleigh

and his lasers are no more a reason to be god-like than Fujitoras meteors and actually, far inferior to Gura Quakes

Well, logically blackbeard should be god tier, since NOTHING. Can escape a blackhole, not even LIGHT.

But there is no such thing as logic in animes(Luffy used red hawk while under water).
