Is this character exist or it just Mitsuki imagination or Orochimaru own space dimension or time traveling. If this character exists as a clone in present time so I'm lost hype towards Mitsuki because he have a second clone which older than him and imo much powerful. I kinda have Trunk Dragon Ball vibe on this. At least now older Boruto and Mitsuki was shown but no Sarada yet? if she's alive in the future?
