Log in NB

Hi guys. So, I guess NB is currently with a problem, and things aren't workking perfectly yet. My question is, some people(my friends) can't log in, even though they made everything that was said in the thread made by Versuvio. Can someone answer why? I didn't get any problem, but some people are getting some, so I would like to know what to do.

Yeah everyone has to reset their password for security reasons so maybe that's why your friends can't log in.

Bold. They are having the problem and not him. V cannot do anything unless they report it.

Read my thread, then. I already said that they did what Versuvio said and it didn't work for them.

If they report the problem and went step by step to solve it; nothing was solved, than their is nothing he can do. It has to be a problem on their in.

That password reset was such a nuisance. I failed 4 times.

I'm pretty sure Versuvio solved the password reset issues.

Much easier to get it done and it goes to accounts that have asked not to get emails from admins.

Also, you don't have to answer that stupid 'simple question'
