Sarada questioned Sakura if she's her real mother, a picture of karin that Sakura hid using a frame, the striking resemblance between Sarada and Karin and also Sasuke and Karin mentioned on the last page together. My guess is that Karin is Sarada's moth'ser and Sasuke is on a mission to find her.
