Haha it is funny how cool he reacts about the Powerups his oppenents get.
I believe he even enjoys it to have a little competition. Look at how he

Also I have another theory for why Madara holds back and even HOPES
that Obito gets in trouble. The reason for that is simple, he wants obito to
desparatly use Rinne Tensei to fulfill the Moon Eye plan.
