This woman was born with a syndrome that no one on Earth can even comprehend. She cannot gain weight, and has sight in only one eye. When she was in High School, a video named "World's Ugliest Woman" was made about her. There are only 3 people in the world with this syndrome, including her. Please enjoy her sharing her story

She use to eat junk food in the middle of the night all the time, it still made no difference.

Her syndrome is unknown. The doctors that helped deliver her didn't even expect her to talk, walk, crawl, eat, or do anything by herself. I don't mean to be mean or anything, but this is uncurable. Nothing can make her what you call "pretty." Don't say she has an op metabolism if you don't even know her story or anything about her syndrome. If you watched the video, she says all of the above herself, more or less.

her story is very touching, but i'm more curious about her disease. i don't want to sound untouched by her speech but it's very interesting how someone can eat so much junk food and not gain any weight at all. how is her energy usually? can she do sports like running or other physical activites? it looks like she doesn't gain weight but also not getting the needed energy from food (very fragile and weak, she is barely standing on her legs).

i know of a disease where the body can't get certain vitamins from food, it's quite common with B12 from meat where some people get very little of it and some get a lot. sorry i'm intrusive but is there some article or something by a doctor about her?

Yes, I was wondering about it as well. By her actions, it doesn't look like she can move so freely, as she is nearly skin on bones in a literal sense. I highly doubt she can play sports, I believe any sport would take the amount of energy it takes for a body builder to lift a car. How she lives to this day, is beyond my comprehension and I commend her U_U

Obviously your not gonna believe me but I'm gonna tell you anyway. I went to school with this girl back when I was in San Marcos Texas. I ddnt have any classes with her but she was very noticeable when I saw her walking to her class. A girl like that, how can one forget he has seen her? Well it was in the University of San Marcos Tx. Never actually talked to her though
