Living Madara with 1st cells

Just wondering:

Would a living Madara with Hashiramas cells have the same healing abilities? I mean if he had now, we wouldnt really notice cos he is already pretty invincible cos of Edo, but having this healing ability like the 1st. he would be the same as edo madara, but as a living version.^^

So does he has or doesnt he has?

I talked about a LIVING MADARA having HASHIS CELLS. And i asked if he would have the healing abilities, cos than he would be pretty much the same as Edo Madara.

but tobi had it and grew his arms so.......................

Well we didnt actually see him growing his arm. We only saw him "having it back after some chapters". I thought it could be some Zetsu arm, but being a Zetsu himself and being basically a bunch of hashi cells, i think he has the ability to grow back a whole arm.

we didnt see grow his arm, didnt even see it get replaced
