I've wondered this, except about Naruto.. Like what if Naruto had enough of everyone's sh!t, went crazy, and unleashed the nine tails or at least a cloak with a tail or two.

But as for Sasuke, I don't think he would have known how to handle it, and when he did, he would have went overboard and, like said before, went blind at a very early age.
