Notice how she is able to heal any part of her body without any hand seals and while she still has the foreign object inside of her. Sasori even says that he powers are so great she is able to stop her own flow of blood and heal herself. Sakura has total control over every cell in her body.Thank you and Sakura is queen. So its like Kabuto's technique but more advanced, Sakura is able to release chakra from any point in her body and even change its nature to a ninjutsu, ei medical ninjutus.

Correct Sakura seems more advanced though, as she was able to withstand the blunt force of a TBB with this ability in the Novels.

Ummm, healing require handseal, Hashirama was only praised because he could heal without handseals. Even Karin has to bite herself to heal herself, what if her teeth were knocked out, then what?

Kurama did it, and that hardly counts as self healing if someone else does it for it. Naruto has Natural accerlated healing as a Uzumaki but not on this level. It took a few days for him to naturally heal against a kunai in his hand.
