asides fruity loops does anyone know another windows beat maker?
also a video editor
and if you know, where can I download the apps?

To download you should try "filehippo.com" its really good.
And to edit the video i guess its better to search or you should try formatfactory2.70

Ok...to work with photos you should try the Ashampoo suite, they have very good & simple softwares there. (look into the photo softs)
for music go for the latest Nero Suite, they may not be that pro but they're ok. (the sound softs)
and about video...I use Corel Video Studio X2, it isn't the latest version but the one I think it's the coolest...think you'll like it!
