For once Femme is right here. Chiyo praised Tsunade's skill in countering her poison and even said she can cure Kankuro. It's not a stretch to say Tsunade can counter Hanzo's poison when the one who already countered it already shows acknowledges Tsunade's skill.

Pretty sure Sakura can (Pinnacle of Chakra control > Minato, Sanin Level,) Naruto did, Sasuke can, but not using the Uzumaki sealing jutsu, but im sure he could if he was taught.

Sarada has Sakura's chakra control so yes, and her Eye will probably tame the beast
