My list would be:
-Danzo and the elders 35%
-Tobirama 30%
-Madara and Obito 25%
-Uchiha's themselves 10%
I feel as though Danzo and the elders and Tobirama's treatment towards the Uchiha were the main causes of their suppression. I also feel that even if Obito didn't attack Konoha then years later the Uchihas would have still had ideals about rebelling as it is stated here:
That some Uchihas began to notice that Madara's words were true and these words were most likely passed down through the clan.
The Uchihas themselves were actually pretty innocent in the whole situation if you think about it, Sasuke's uncle and Auntie and his mother all looked like people who would have not supported the rebellion against Konoha.
So using the four causes that I stated there, list them in order of significance using percentages.
