-Doton goes to Onoki. Kitsuchi may have the strongest Doton, but most of the other techniques he can perform Onoki can perform as well. Onoki has Rock Clones, Kitsuchi doesn't. Onoki also has Added Weight and Light Weight Boulder Jutsus which are far more dangerous than the Mountain Sandwich.

-Fuuton goes to Danzo. He's easily more versatile with it then Temari though he might lose out in power. Don't want to give Naruto "best user of this element" because of a single technique.

Sasuke is the greatest at raiton but katon, enton is nature transformation its an advance nature to fire just like darui's black lightning is to raiton so he cannot be the best at katon because of an advance nature when his actual katon is below Madara's by a lot and below obito

I also can dispute onoki being the best at doton, because you say he is simply because an advance nature which is jinton but jinton is not only doton but also is katon and fuuton and kitsuchi is purely doton even if he doesn't have rock clones like they make the difference or weighted boulder like it makes the deciding factor when feat wise kitsuchi had the larger scale more powerful doton
