[where the villan/opponent is defeated by verbal attacks instead if physical attacks]

PART 1
1- Zabuza (after haku died naruto dug deep into zabuza's feelings)

2- Gaara (naruto's words)

PART 2
1- Sasori (father and mother puppet triggered his past memories)

2- Sai (he was a minor villan during the sai and sasuke arc. but naruto made him good)

3- Nagato (naruto's words and jirayas book solo'd him)

4- Evil naruto (good naruto solod him)

Naruto when kyubii possesed him - (Kushina's words stoped it)

5- Sasuke - Hashirama and memories of itachi convinced him to side for the good team)

6- Obito - (Well in the recent chapter kishi embarssed obito)

I don't think Zabuza, Sasuke count. Sasuke decided for himself what to do after hearing the truth. No one really convinced him, he just wanted the truth. Zabuza was an OG till his death.

I think Only oro was a good villain since he was evil with no good intentions
he just see himself he has no heart
he doesn't give a f about his teacher,student,comrades and his reputation

madara, obito and nagato are different
they all seek the peaceful world on their own way

The problem is every major villian has been defeated by TNJ.It's unrealistic that a simple speech can sway someone with deeply held beliefs right off the bat yet Naruto has done just that.

With zabuza it took haku to die(sacrifice his life) for him and Naruto then gave his input
Zabuza didn't become a good guy on the spot
He didn't become a good guy at all he was defeated before Naruto even gave the speech
Zabuza even said Naruto was very persuasive
Its not like its one speech the the bad guy is suddenly a protagonist
Every time someone has been "tnj" its happened over a coarse in time or there has been another factor
Like sasuke deciding to join the war
He was already unsure of his decision thanks to itachi. The hokages just gave that extra push

Obito seemed to of had doubts in himself already
Naruto and obito have been exchanging words for over 70 chapters its not like everything is just going in and out their ears. Their actually listening to the others argument
Its not as though their words are the only influence
Naruto was also about to get swayed to obito side after seeing so many of his comrades killed
There was more factors to Naruto being swayed then just obito words
Just like Naruto talking to obito wasn't the only influence
Obito began acknowledging the alliances determination and drive and starting doubting himself because what he was witnessing was the opposite of what he was preaching
Same with Nagato
He witnessed things that were opposite to his outlook
These two both had perversed philosophies that were proved wrong and Naruto eventually gave the extra deciding input

Martin Luther king change millions of people just with his speeches
Presidential candidates can take opposing candidates voters just with their speeches and persuasion
When someone recognizes their faults then naturally they'd see things from another point of view usually the view that help them recognize their faults
People succumb to this "tnj" everyday so that's wrong for you to say its unrealistic
