Mangekyo sharingan is natural. It's naturally awakened through emotion. Obito never had to kill anyone to awaken it and if that's the case then the sharingan itself isn't natural. Also take away madaras sharingan completely and what does he have? Yeah.

Obito was only capable of what he did because of Madara. Plus, the latter was the one to manipulate Obito and the shinobi world, Obito was just a manipulated middleman.

Oh, and I must have forgotten the part where Obito successfully initiated the Tsuki no Mei Keikaku. You wanted to measure natural ability and latest chapters prove no matter how much raw power Obito has, his skills are not up to scratch. Whereas Madara has been re-capturing the Bijuu in a mere few minutes, and even mocked Obito and all despite not even being close in raw power to Juubito.

We're measuring talent/skill and Obito isn't up there.

My title is a bit confusing I mean Natural sharingan ability but you just made me realize that Sasuke may be the best Uchiha shinobi without his magekyo sharingan. His sharingan still helped him master his fighting style.

What part of "Madara was manipulating him" don't you understand? Obito had no knowledge of the Bijuu, Hagoromo, the Rinnegan, it's abilities and the history of the Shinobi world as it was all taught to him by Madara.

Obito would never even had considered something like this on his own, let alone be capable of planning it. Obito did exactly as Madara had planned, which was to catch the Bijuu, which is why the Akatsuki was formed.

I am not the biased one here, you are. You keep putting Obito on an unrighteous pedestal even when I acknowledge Obito was a formidable shinobi with Kamui. If I were biased, I would say Sasuke's at #1, because he's my favourite Uchiha but you obviously failed to recognise that I put him in 3rd place.

Natural ability would be at 3T Sharingan. I this regard, the overall Skill Repertoire has to be considered. Those of you who are putting Itachi over Sasuke must be drunk, as his base skills, along with his Ninjutsu are at the bottom of the barrel compared to Sasuke, Madara, and Obito. Sasuke has 'the' largest Ninjutsu repertoire; Six Raiton Variants, Seven if I count the further Shape Manipulation of Chidori Spear, and Eight if I count the two fold Usage of Nagashi - The Best Raiton User in the manga. Three Powerful Katon attacks, the best Kinjutsu user in Uchiha Clan, and one of the best in the entire manga, Best Shuriken-Jutsu User, and one of the Fastest characters in the entire manga.

So in regards to Natural Ability, Sasuke is on top. His eyes have been canonically proven to be more powerful than Itachi, his Chakra is proven to be as powerful as Madara's, and same goes for his Ninjutsu. Itachi used Amaterasu to overpower his Great Fire-Ball Katon attack, as it was literally consuming his own. So putting Itachi above Sasuke in any form is sheer Lunacy and stupidity. Madara would be second, as his Trade Mark Uchiha Katon attacks are massive and powerful, but he doesn't appear to have a large skill set compared to Sasuke. He appears to be great on his feet and is apt at Kinjutsu. Can't say the same for Shuriken-Jutsu.

Obito would be third, as like Madara, he has good and powerful Katon attacks, but his skill-set is again very small. He does seem to have mastery over Kusari-Gama - the chained weapon he used a few times - but it isn't enough to warrant him a top spot here. I would grant him a rudimentary version of Kamui here as well, as after all he unlocked it at 2T, but since we never saw any feats from this version, other than his half-crushed body, I am inclined to brush it aside. Itachi would come below Obito and by a bigger margin. His ninjutsu is considerably weaker and he doesn't appear to have any particular Kinjutsu skills at Sasuke and Madara's level. He is definitely the second best Shuriken-jutsu user, right below Sasuke. His Crow Clones also grant him this spot.

Below him would be Shisui. I am being generous here, because we do not know much about him other than KA, which isn't even a 3T ability. And the list stops here. As far as MS is concerned, together with the Natural Abilities, then Obito would be on top, followed by Sasuke, then Madara and Itachi, and then Shisui. I would have put Itachi higher up, but we all know that he will not be able to maintain a Higher Version of Susano'o for very long compared to Sasuke and Madara.
