Madara's MS without his brothers eyes is no greater than Sasuke's so having him at the top makes absolutely no sense. Obito has the most powerful defense so putting him near the bottom also makes absolutely no sense. Note I said Natural 2 eyed non altered sharingan for all of these ninja. No cheats no eye theft.

Mangekyo sharingan isnt natural ability imo unless you think killing your best friend or lover is natural

madara has shown some ability as he was killing adult senju even before sharingan, though the senju may be fodders but its still a feat
itachi has some good weapon skills and genjutsu abilities
sasuke has good mastery over raiton nature and can handle weapons too
obito honestly sucks without MS

Since when does Obito have Susano, Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi?
We dont know if Madara has amaterasu or not.
How can Izuna be equal to Sasuke if we dont even know what his abilities were?

I dont want to be mean, but get your facts straight before posting something like this.

With both eyes and magekyo just about any uchiha could gain this power. Obito should have tsu considering he was about to throw the world into it without bringing back madara and all he would need is ameterasu which both eyes are used. So right after those two he should be able to use susano'o but even if he wasn't able to do these things he still has kamui with both eyes which is pretty much the ultimate defense. Any attack used on obito wouldn't work. But still you missed what I was trying to say I know Obito doesn't currently have most of these things but that's because he doesn't have two magekyo sharingan. Also madara has ameterasu because you can not unlock the susano'o without it.

And if you look at the natural ability of each of their mangekyo sharingans unaltered then your list makes no sense Obito with two natural ms eyes is stronger compared to the rest of the people on your list.

Obito was only capable of what he did because of Madara. Plus, the latter was the one to manipulate Obito and the shinobi world, Obito was just a manipulated middleman.

Oh, and I must have forgotten the part where Obito successfully initiated the Tsuki no Mei Keikaku. You wanted to measure natural ability and latest chapters prove no matter how much raw power Obito has, his skills are not up to scratch. Whereas Madara has been re-capturing the Bijuu in a mere few minutes, and even mocked Obito and all despite not even being close in raw power to Juubito.

We're measuring talent/skill and Obito isn't up there.

Oh and for the record, I'm not biased for or against, to any character. I don't see how someone like you can make such assumptions.

You say by natural so obito below itachi if he has no Senji DNA and rinnange. Obito couldn't have susanoo. as he said its rare. madara, itachi and sasuke has them that it. just like shisui don't have it.

It is natural because it's obtained Naturally through emotion Obito Uchiha didn't have to kill anyone. Where have you seen Madara killing senju before he obtained sharingan he's had it ever sense he was a kid. Obito really hasn't cared to develop any type of power beyond his eyes and that was the point of my thread Obito's eyes are naturally stronger compared to the other Uchihas.
