It can repel probably any chakra based attack that isn't larger than its sphere it creates.

I don't see it tanking hell stab despite it being smaller than the sphere. Same for raiden.

Well its the same method of attack as the Gentle Fist, it destroys chakra. I guess the question would be whether it would destroy the chakra extending from his finger before it pierces the sphere or at least destroy enough to bring it's potency down to probably 4 finger and not one which it could possibly take.

Most likely it could knock away the chakra,reducing the power and knocking away the raikage.
