Assume that the god tree is determined to capture the concerned ninja regardless of his/her chakra reserves

Exclude any Space-time ninjutsu

If Naruto got caught then only S/T users could out run it. The speed it grew at was like the speed of sound.

Depends how close they start to the tree...

Even BM Naruto and Minato got caught by it because they we're too close and got completely surrender by the those huge branches.

If we imagine they start a little further away, like how Killer Bee did I believe these are the characters that could outrun it:

And possibly Madara and Hashirama, since they outran it this time, but I believe that they we're further away and it seems they we're also taking down some of the branches rather than just outrunning them (Is that allowed?? Cause then there's a few other characters who should be on there).

In any case, even though the tree is indeed very fast, i'm pretty sure it only got Minato and BM Naruto cause of surprise and the fact that they we're literally surrounded the second the tree appeared.
