If your saying just standing there & taking it.. Then the list isn't very long. Not sure if he had THAT RS senjutsu enhanced but even then that jutsu is too destructive to any1 it hits.

Tsunade said that tech rips chakra cells apart. (I don't fell like looking for the scan) Senjutsu enhanced would be overkill with that tech. I believe Kishi left it out for awhile after that fight because like I started the post off with, there is not many that can tank that tech.
After Nagato Naruto only used that tech on Rinne users edo's an JJ's. It had to be restricted to make every1 on = terms somewhat..

So, this. The Futon: Rasenshuriken, one of the most underated jutsu of this series when you stop to think on how much damage it does.

My question is, obviously not counting Edo Tensei, who could survive a direct hit of this incredibly strong technique. By a direct hit I mean no absorbing, no dodging, no teleporting, just sheer tanking. So something like the Susanoo or the Lightning Armor is not valid because its not the character tanking it themselves, but the Byakugou are. Now, some specifications. Lets assume the Rasenshuriken hits the character's midsection with its blades, which have been shown to be sharp enough to cut through rock. If they are able to tank that, it will drag them for a distance and explode with its uncountable microscopic blades doing celular damage. Also to be noted that this is Senjutsu powered, so while I don't think that's the case, some might argue that a Juubi Jin would be damaged by it.

By canon, two people survived a straight on Rasenshuriken infused with Senjutsu, so the list begins with them.

if by tanking you mean getting up to fight again then i guess JJ madara and Kaguya........now as to reason behind my point is that FRS destroyed a person on cellular level severing their chakra vessels...until and unless they have something to extensively repair that damage i don't think they will be able to fight again..basically even if they somehow survive their ninja career will end. 3rd Raikage mostly tanked the technique because he was an Edo thus capable of infinite regeration, Hidan i can't say for sure if he could stand up again of if his regeneration works in that manner.most probably it does so count him in. Otherwise whether a Susano can tank it or not, it most probably will but i don't think anyone tried that

Futon Rasensuriken destroyed organic cels at a microscopic level, Tsunade said no living organism can survive a select hit. On the list of people Kaguya can teleport away but if hit by surprise She is dead and 3rd Raikage still had scare from His own armor being forcibly being turn against Him. That tells you that a strong force can cause holes in the armor,it thins out the armor and thats an opening for Futon Rasensuriken to affect the 3rd and 4th Raikage's armor.

Why do people think hidan tanks RS? dude got decimated from paper bombs, @ OP, hidan never tanked RS it was kakuzu (though it was an imperfect RS), naruto never even met hidan, so how he tanked RS is above me
