Well...it doesn't speak much for its piercing power however. Totsuka is powerful, yes, and I don't know if it could or could not seal away a Susanoo. You do make a very good point though, I'll give you that. Like I said though, what matters is if it can physically pierce through a Perfect Susanoo without absorbing it with sheer physical power. Thus, break through it.

What would be the difference? I mean, in terms of blocking? Its not like this is the Susanoo which manifesting separate parts indicates its weaker. For all we know that head is just as strong as any part of the avatar.

Read the bloody manga, he still had half of it left after Hashi ran out of buddha arms, they obviously ran out of chakra at he same time which is why they were both in base mode at the end, it's the exact same thing in VoTE 2.
