C0 can break it, tailed beasts can break it, Totsukya can pierce it, momoshiki and Kinshiki can break it.
Tobious Kamui can break it and apparently Hiruzen's Enma staff can break it (at least what his hype followers say)

Would Jinton break Perfect Susanoo too? I don't see what's stopping it.

C0 didn't incinerate Manda and Sasuke and it's destructive power isn't enough to break PS.
You have no proof Totsuka can pierce it.
Momoshiki and Kinshiki's attacks < Shinshusenju's punches so it depends
Warping isn't breaking.
Enma's staff can't bust mountain's, it's not breaking it.
