itachi only solo'd 2 people on that list.

He did kill off the entire Uchiha Clan.

He also neg diff Orochimaru. Read chapter 345, page 9. At some point after joining Akatsuki, Orochimaru tried to steal Itachi's body in order to gain the Sharingan, but Itachi easily deflected him and severed his left hand, forcing him to leave the organization.

He solo'd Sasuke during the Chunnin Exams when they were about to apprehend Naruto. Sasuka charges Itachi with Chidori but is easily defeated by yours truly.
