B rank: High Jounin ( Snake Orochimaru summoned against Sasuke and Naruto during Chuunin Exams)

A rank: Kage (The 3 headed giant snake summoned by the sand ninja during the Konaha Invasion, though it really is S rank, but due to its speed restraint having 3 heads and a conjoined body is why)

S rank: High Kage ( Orochimaru's Lord Manda..)

* Smaller snakes incorporated mostly included in Orochimaru's jutsu ( Striking Shadow Snakes, Snake Binding Jutsu)

Yes it is, he can summon any snake from Ryuchi cave not including the White Snake Sage
