Kabuto with his genjutsu and stuff, right ? Coz if I remember it right, his chakra scalpel was unable to even scratch a V1 Susanoo hand.

Yeah, chakra scalpel is too flimsy for spiritual defenses, in fact neither of the 3 characters I mentioned are conventionally 'breaking' through the armour with sheer force but defeating it by other means.
