List of Ninja that can survive this

-Minato (teleport it)
-Tobi (teleport it or himself)
-Kakashi (teleport it)....at least he said he can do 5 regular ones before dying
-Madara (Meteors...more than two though)
-Muu n Onoki (two powerful dust release techs)
-Nagato (If he can push hard enough)
-Itachi (His shield maybe)
Just some thoughts, I know some like Kakashi, Itachi, Muu and Onoki are big what ifs though

Jinton? Kamui? Do you realize how freaking huge that Bijuu Dama is? Even the Bijuu look small compared to it, and I'm sure I don't have to remind you how small a human is compared to a Bijuu. Like an ant.

It's generally stupid to believe that they could absorb such a huge Chakra ball before it explodes, turning them to ashes or at least ripping them to pieces.
I see 5 ways
1. Somehow escape it. Our time space users Minato, Tobi Jiraiya by making a toad reverse summon him, Third Hokage by making Enma reverse summon him can do this and Zetsu can clear the area in time
2. Survive it by being an Edo Tensei or using Izanagi
3. Seal it, only Pain with Blocking Technique Absorption seal used by his Preta Path to absorb ninjutsu and Minato with Eight Trigrams Seal can seal it(that we know of)
4. Block it like Naruto did and maybe Yata Mirror can do so.
5. Interrupt the preparation to make it blow up in the Bijuu's face thus weakening them all. A lot of people can do this

- Minato(either with FTG other with his space time barrier).
- Kakashi(with kamui)
- Tobi(with his sharingans abilities)
- Nagato/Madara coz they can absorb it with Rinnengans abilities.
- Maybe Bee, but i'm not really sure about it.
- Danzo(with Izanagi)
I see no one else being able to survive that, at least in my mind.
