Danzo has KA & Izanagi x?# .. but if Danzo reveals the sharingan on his arm, his opponent will likely figure out a way to outsmart him or try to strategize a way to stop him .. or out speed him.

Im guessing if Minato isn't hit by KA, he will figure out Danzo has some weird concern with the sharingan on his arm and keeps watching them, however, Minato doesn't have a sharingan so he will probably try to avoid looking at them so he probably wont notice Danzo staring at them, on the other hand, he will probably use shunshin or ftg to get a safe distance (in a tree or something) and examine Danzo as best he can. Although his sensing/tracking ability might help fighting against the sharingan and notice when the chakra in each eye starts flaring up.

If you include Danzo the cheater who used his stolen Sharingan on the feudal lord and was never confirmed and said himself he never got to be Hokage you have to include the future Hokage Naruto Uzumaki he would be number one

I know but Danzo is careless with the izanagi and got fodderised by Sasuke's susanoo. IMO, Tsunade should last longer than him because of her strength and her ability to regenerate almost instantly. Assuming that he does not have shisui's power which is not his, then Tsunade should win 6 times in 10.
