List of Episodes and the person in charge of it

there used to be a way to know exactly who is going to be directing each episode (about a month in advance), and it generally allowed us to know whether the animation was gonna be crappy, decent or good.

I don't remember the site from which the information was derived though, so if anyone could please link me up, that'd be great.
