Kabuto sage is already going to be in storm 3 so ... thats not really new for storm 4

Tobirama: Awakening: Lineage of 1,000 Techniques (Senju reference).

Ultimate: Senju Tempest

Have him start with a water dragon, as he the strike hits his enemy two coffins appear on either side. Tobirams slashes past the opponent using Hiraishingiri and just as his forward momentum stops both Edo's detonate with a large explosion.


A little much, but pretty badass and could be fas paced. It also references how the Senju were a clan of 1,000 techniques.





Anyways...

Gai: Ultimate- Gate of Death

Lee: Ultimate- The Genius of Hard Work: a series of punches (like how he did to Gaara knocking him in circles), and culminates with him kicking through his opponent.

Trollkage: Ultimate- Joukie Boy (the Joukie Clone does a series of slash bys and then explodes when Trollkage shoots it. As an explosion of mist is in the background Trollkage blows the tip of his finger like a gun barrel that's smoking)

Release: Clam Genjutsu. Using the multi fight targeting system, two clones of Trollkage are made though only one is real. Using substitutions re-aligns / reforms them making the enemy have to try and figure out the real one once more. Only attacks from the real Trollkage hit, but the other two mirror his moves.

Sounds OP, but once hits start landing you'll see the reall one obviously.


Hashirama: Ultimate: Thousand Fist Buddha....SM awakening

Hinata: 64 Palm Lion fist

Shino: Man Eating parasite

Kiba: Awakening: Cerberus


I'll stop there as it should be obvious for everyone.




Oh and Team Asuma...if they use a team ultimate: HUMAN BULLET YOYO!


Also, have the Special Groups have special combos: For example the Naruto Hinata team Secret Lovers have special combos for a team finish!



Minato: Awakening KCM. Ultimate: His whatever long chakra rasengan thing.


Hiruzen: Awakening: Way of the Monkey Staff (fights wielding Enma) ultimate: The Culmination of Konoha: Uses Enma to knock the enemy up, throws thousands of shadow cloned giant shuriken that are caught on fire, and finishes off with the Sarutobi Ash Cloud.
