Lol, leave de man alone. Anyways, Liquid Fire is an element that was once a CE turned into a custom AE. The orginal being Goro Kaguya, the element is comprised of two elemental natures. This being fire and earth, which when combined gifts the ability to release aqueous green flames. These flames behave and operate similar to water techniques in terms of it's free flowing nature almost lava like. Its weakness is earth release and Sand while it's strengths are water, wood, lightning and fire.

It also has a unique interaction with water where it causes the element to violently erupt on contact with it.

Ite so liquid fire is a combination of Fire and Earth which creates a new element. This new element holds the properties of fire while being in a liquid form almost similar to lava, but not as thick. It's green in color and has the unique effect of exploding whenever in contact with water. Though i have a couple questions already. Does it explode only when touched with water, or any water based liquids? And does the liquid have a fiery form? I saw some techs describe it similar to fire instead of liquid.

I point this out because, despite the elemental makeup, it is still a Liquid-based CE at its core. It's movement, appearance, and nature resembles water but its makeup gives it the burning abilities associated with Fire.
As for the questions, yes the mentioned effect will only work with Water Release specifically. Liquid Fire's form can be best seen visually as a pool of green liquid, like Shrek green. While still a liquid, you can see characteristic flicker like ripplings across the water, similar to Naruto's Six Path Chakra Shroud.

Some things to point out about techniques and future customs. All techniques must take an aqueous state, being a liquid. This means they cannot appear as regular flames that are green or as mud or liquids with raised viscosity or even solid states. Because it is a relatively new and simpler field, customs that overlap on Basic Concepts will be allowed. Meaning more than one person may have a basic Liquid Fire Familiar or a Liquid Fire Water Wall attack. When concepts are more unique and detailed, then similar ideas will be graded as normally. Liquid Fire takes 10 more chakra than average techniques, though this added chakra does not directly factor into techniques efficiency.

Note: Doesn't require a Liquid Fire source but can be used to manipulate existing sources.

If they were shown without them, it's different. If they were shown using seals or are new techs created for the RP, then they will require seals.

This next technique is simply an enhancement over the last technique we covered. Allowing for stronger generic attacks, these let the user do more without the need for several techniques ( canon or custom ).

( Umi Katon: Dai Katon no Jutsu ) - Liquid Fire: Greater Flame Technique
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defensive
Rank: D - S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20 - 50
Damage: 20 - 80
Description: The user can create various constructs formed from Liquid Fire in multiple ways. Releasing it from their body, a source of Liquid Fire or from the earth itself, the user can create objects ranging from small waves of fire to shadowing tidal waves of flames and anything the user can think of within reason. This is ideal in creating quick defenses against incoming attacks and making weapons when needed. The user is also able to use this in an S ranked variant with the notable difference in this being the speed and power/scale of this one, capable of forming ocean sized pools of Liquid Fire in moments.

Don't have much to say here honestly, just an updated version of the previous technique you pointed out. I do like that it can basically flood the battle zone pretty quickly. Not much to say on this one

Yeah I understand this one just fine, it's essentially your general toolbox of liquid fire. In terms of tangibility I assume this can be shaped similarly to water, creating compressed things like spears/bullets/arrows and the like yeah? I noticed earlier the topic of viscosity was mentioned and this was compared to water, so basically the same as the greek fire in the Percy Jackson universe.

The user can also ride the wave, carving and leaving a pool of aqueous flames in his path, to attack enemies or maneuver around. This technique can also be used to create a giant lake's worth of flames in an instance.

This is pretty simple - you make two seals and spit out a lot of liquid flames with enough force to push you in the air. You can also use it to create waves you ride on or attack with. Because of this, you can use it to maneuver around the field as well as attack. Despite not causing high damage, it is capable of flooding a field quickly to create additional sources for future techniques as well as for blocking/removing escape options.

Ah I recognise this from the water jutsu list, I understand it just fine, I suppose the only question, since this specifies that you can ride it, I assume the user is immune to all their own greek fire attacks by default with the exception of drawback from forbidden rank etc.
