No, Lol. Kakashi and Naruto aren't going to tell the world, and it doesn't even really have anything to do with Konoha's reputation. Danzo/elders/Hiruzen leaves a bad mark on the administration only, people would still have trust in the system due to Hokages like Hashirama, Minato, and Tsunade. Telling the people what happened would cause them to dislike the Uchiha. They'd know that their suspicions about them were correct, and they wouldn't sympathize with them since causing conflict and trying to take over a country primarily for pride reasons isn't very just.

Itachi doesn't care for himself, he just cared about the village and his clan. If his clan can continue to be viewed as noble and elite at the expense of his own reputation, that's the way he wants it. He's not simple-minded to just care for titles. As an antihero/tragic hero, it's better writing this way because he really did give up everything so that he could help everyone else.

Regarding the OP, I doubt it. I really doubt it. It isn't their's to tell in the first place. If anyone will clear Itachi's name it will be Sasuke. Naruto nor Kakashi would do it without the consent of Sasuke. Regardless, I doubt anyone would ever say anything about it. It would take away from the act itself. Let people languish in the fact that they think that Itachi was a criminal only for a select few people to know the actual truth, that he's basically a martyr of the greatest kind.

OT: No, I don't think so. Itachi definitely wouldn't have wanted it that way, and Naruto and Kakashi wouldn't go against his wishes.

Perhaps they may have told everyone that he was the one who ended the Edo Tensei. That might be more fitting, to give him some redemption in the face of the world without revealing the truth behind the massacre (creating possible political instability, etc).
