APPEARANCE
Lio has a slender build and relatively short stature. He has pale skin, and light green-blonde voluminous hair. His eyelashes and eyebrows are the same color. His eyes are a magenta pink, though often reflect purple and orange hues. On his left ear is a noir triangular earring. On his torso, he adorns a black leather jacket adorned with military-esque cords, zippers, and belts. Underneath he wears a long-sleeved white shirt with frilled cuffs and a cravat. He wears a pair of cropped black gloves and pants that resemble sleek biker pants with built-in knee-pads and multiple fastening belts. His shoes are black with two buckles.
When Lio enters Tenseigan Chakra Mode, neon spectral flames cloak him and his entire form takes on a silhouetted appearance only defined by stark white outlines, two horn-like flames from his head and his own bright eyes. Some of these flames take shape to appear as segments of armor, these form atop his head as a partial helmet with a visor that resembles jagged pointed teeth and ends in two horn like flairs, along his arms as gauntlets and stilted blade-like greaves that cover his legs. These appear to be cosmetic in appearance as a result of Lio's preferences in this form.
PERSONALITY
Lio is quite powerful, intelligent, and a reliable ally with a cool exterior. Though he can get carried away when his flames are involved, he always ensures there is a safe escape route for those that may need it. He has been shown to protect others with his abilities, is adamant that you should never kill without a reason and is incredibly passionate about protecting those who cannot protect themselves.
Despite his exterior and sometimes hot-headed attitude, he has been shown to be vey gentle; as well as compassionate and naturally likes taking care of others. His passion and strong sense of justice may also lead to his downfall due to his heavy sympathetic nature, putting others above and before himself. He is not a huge fan of authority, but tolerates it when it's needed.

PROLOGUE
Lio does not share much about his past, except when he reminisces loudly to himself. Past deeds, such as: gathering needed supplies and transporting them around to orphanages, fighting off enemies and holding the line to allow for others to retreat safely. Sitting quietly in a field of blooming flowers that get carried by the breeze. Sharing his time with the people he loves, like family and friends, allies and supporters.
All those moments he looked back on fondly, hoping that whatever it is approaching his way, gives him more adventure, more friends and more memories to hold dear. Having resigned himself for a long while from the current world events; he couldn't help be some what excited and a little giddy with anticipation at what lay before him. Head held high, smiling from ear to ear, the best way to start off his new journey. The first step forward.

- Apex Handseal Specialist You can perform techniques of the skill you chose to specialize in without the usage of handseals, though you must still perform complimentary and logical body movements related to the technique. This applies even if said jutsu does not have specific movements detailed in its description. Note: Requires at least 5 in Mind
- Apex Tracker Specialist With more heightened senses, the user is capable of gaining a now increased x2.5 tracking. This allows him to physically track faster movement without chakra sensory. Note: Requires at least 5 in DEX.
- Apex Speed Resistance You are able to slow opponents within a specific range, exerting a force that slows targets naturally. This causes a 2 Base Speed level decrease to opponents that are within 8 meters of him. Note: Requires at least 5 in AGL.
- Chakra Fortification The user can add an additional effective 10 Chakra or Siris to an element or skill they specialize in, though not at any increased cost or strain to the user. This simply allows their techniques to have 10 more chakra infused into them.
- Mind’s Keen Eye Genjutsu of any type, other than MS-level or those cast by Kunino, appear 'flawed.' This means that regardless of the caster's expertise or perfection, there will be some kind of tell within the illusion that is very obvious; such as a visual illusion appearing like static on a television, a smell being off, or a sound not making sense.
- Will o’ Wisps The user's flames have become superheated, creating lingering flames after use that deal great damage via burns. These burns cause an additional 5 damage per turn until healed, bypassing durability. Medjutsu and other sources of Active Healing will heal these burns, however.

Description: The Shinobi Gauntlet (忍小手, Shinobigote), often shortened to just Gauntlet (小手, Kote), is a scientific ninja tool that is worn on the forearm. The Gauntlet was developed as a way to allow anyone to use complicated jutsu without the need for training or the requisite skills.To use, Scroll Cartridges that have had jutsu sealed into them are loaded into the Gauntlet's chamber. At first appearing as a normal sealing scroll, upon absorbing a technique it shrinks down to the size similar to a real bullet and can then be loaded into a tool to be activated later. When a nature transformation technique is activated from a Scroll Cartridge, the user make a unique single handed hand seal corresponding to the intended jutsu's nature using the hand of the arm that the Gauntlet is worn on. This causes the Gauntlet to release the jutsu from its Scroll Cartridge, firing it wherever the Gauntlet is aimed. Because the Gauntlet's jutsu require no chakra to perform, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing what would normally be chakra-taxing techniques in quick succession.
Note: Academy Student to Genin Ninja can have up to Forbidden ranks sealed, done in either battle, training, or the Ninja World. Chunin can have up to S ranks and Jounin and up ninja can have A ranks and below sealed within a Kote.
