How do I get them in mah signature?

Click the world icon on top of the text-box. Place the url and ta-da!

You can also have preexisting text highlighted before you press/click the insert hyperlink button to have it say something other than...

You must be registered for see links

. bleh (like so)

• Step one -create text the way you want to(color/ font/ position).
  
• Step two- Highlight the text
  
• Step three- click the hyperlink option/button

And you can also change the color of the link in your sig in contrast to other colors of your sig/text. See my sig as/for a example.
